The Steven and Alexandra Cohen Ped LTC Pavilion in Valhalla, New York. This pediatric long‑term care unit is a small, 24‑bed facility on the Blythedale campus that serves infants and children with complex medical needs, including prolonged ventilator support, feeding challenges and congenital or neurological conditions. The unit opened in 2016 and includes predominantly double rooms and a few single rooms, all with piped oxygen, plus on‑site schooling through the Mt. Pleasant‑Blythedale School.

Clinical services are provided by a multidisciplinary pediatric team led by a full‑time pediatrician and consulting pediatric subspecialists. Registered nurses, respiratory therapists and PT/OT/SLP services are available, with dedicated therapy space, a recreation and dining area, an infant playroom and an outdoor courtyard. Family involvement and periodic interdisciplinary conferences are part of routine care planning; pulmonary rehabilitation and complex wound and feeding programs are among specialized services noted.
